FAQs – HOTEL INFANTA ISABEL

Check-in is from 3 pm onwards, check-out is up until 12 midday. Late check-out is possible up until 6 pm at a cost of 30 euros and subject to availability.

Yes, although we are located in the Plaza Mayor, access to the hotels is permitted and you may park for a few minutes in the loading and unloading area in front of the hotel. Location: Plaza Mayor 12, 40001 Segovia

We have a private garage with valet parking service available from 8 am to 11 pm at a cost of 16€ per night (VAT included). Booking in advance is recommended. The garage is located 400 m from the hotel. Should you wish to park outside these hours or do not require valet parking, we have an agreement with the Parking del Acueducto.

While we do not have an in-house restaurant, we offer a buffet breakfast from 8 am to 10.30 am. In and around the Plaza Mayor you’ll find a wide variety of bars and restaurants.

Sorry, Hotel Infanta Isabel does not allow pets.

Bicycle rental, laundry, gym, reading rooms and panoramic terraces are available in the Hotel Real building, just a 5-minute walk from our hotel. During the summer season we have an agreement for the use of swimming pools with the Casino de la Unión Sports Centre in Hontanares de Eresma.
