Check-in is from 3 pm onwards, check-out is up until 12 midday. Late check-out is available up until 6 pm on payment of 30 euros.

No, the hotel is located on the city’s principal pedestrian street. However, there is a loading and unloading area just 50 metres away. The destination to enter into your GPS is Calle Herrería, 22.

The hotel has a private garage with a valet parking service at a cost of 18€/night. We also have an agreement with the Acueducto Oriental public car park, a 15-minute walk from the hotel, at a cost of 18€/night.

In the hotel there is a restaurant run by an external company that offers a breakfast buffet and daily lunchtime specials. Dinner is not served, but the area is a home to a wide variety of bars and restaurants.

We have bicycles rental, reading rooms, a panoramic terrace, and a laundry and gym in the Apartments Real Segovia building next door. During the summer months we have an agreement for the use of swimming pools and tennis courts with the Casino de la Unión Sports Centre in Hontanares de Eresma.

The hotel has a meeting room with access to a terrace offering panoramic views in addition to a reading room on the ground floor.
